Monica Hansen, known well as Maxim hottie is suing her plastic surgeon, Dr. Leonard M. Hochstein for using pictures of her to advertise on his website. What picture? off course her fake breasts.

Dr. Leonard has posted her photographs, her fake breasts photo on his website to promote and advertise his work.

The Maxim cover girl, Monica hansen claims he never asked her permission to use her photographs - and she never wanted news to get out that she has fake breasts.

The website has since taken the pictures of Hansen down.
