Nurses Week 2009 Celebration

Nurse Week is celebrated annually from May 6 through May 12. Its actually to celebrate the birthday of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing.

Many activities will be held, for example at Stoughton.
To celebrate national Nurses Week, Stoughton community nurses will host a food drive for the Stoughton Food Pantry the week of May 4th.

If you want to donate, just head out to the Stoughton Hospital parking lot on Main Street and look for a semi trailer.

The goal is to completely fill the trailer with donations.

It will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

It will also be open from 8:00 a.m. until noon on Saturday.
