Windstream Webmail Problem

Windstream webmail at url webmail.windstream.net got a problem today. The login page can't be opened. Most of their users complaint that they can't open the login page.

The problem is not recoqnized so far. But, may this problem be caused by overload of the server. Users in around the world are accessing the page together make crowd traffic. This windstream email of course has a limited quote and space and also bandwidth.
