Hoboken Arts and Music Festival

The Hoboken Arts and Music Festival kicked off on this weekend, Sunday, May 3 at 11 a.m on the lower half of Washington Street. As usual there are a lot fewer open houses this weekend than usual. But if you plan to go to open houses on Sunday to allow extra time to navigate the busy streets.

If you are a Hoboken resident, keep in mind some changes for the day:

-The ATM machines on Washington Street often have long lines on this day, so don't wait too long to take money out.

-The buses that normally travel Washington Street will instead travel parallel streets. Signs are taped up in the bus overhangs on Washington Street, but some have probably already fallen off.

-and the parking is at a premium.
